Mediterranean Villa Above the 17 Mile Drive

Mediterranean Villa Above the 17 Mile Drive

Casa Margarita, a classic Spanish Colonial residence built in the 1920’s, is said to have earned its name many years later, when actors Doug McClure and Clint Eastwood would sit on the terrace overlooking the famed 18th hole at Pebble Beach, sipping margaritas. When the Brunos purchased the residence and enlisted the services of Kay Heizman Design in 1998, the house needed some tender loving care.

By the completion of the project 18 months later, every inch of this 7,000 square foot home had been renovated and restored. From the refinishing of the massive beams in the living room to the complete remodel of the kitchen-family room, no details were overlooked. Entering the Mediterranean inspired interior with its exquisite finish materials, elegant furnishings, and French doors opening out to the spectacular landscape, one is transported to another place and time.
