Once we define the scope of your project, you or we measure your existing space, creating a floor plan and elevation drawings indicating the placement of vanities, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, and tile designs. With plan in hand we begin the design process, helping you select finish materials necessary to create your new bathroom. We are happy to recommend qualified professionals to perform the work. When construction begins, we are there to answer any questions that arise along the way, while supervising the work to make sure it meets with your approval. Upon completion, your bathroom remodel will be a beautiful reflection of your taste and style.

Kay Heizman Design works with you to create a kitchen design that meets all of your needs. Starting with a plan, we focus on the functional aspects of your kitchen…the working triangle, types of appliances, and the way you want your kitchen to integrate with the rest of your house. Once your plan is developed, we review magazines, catalogues and any visuals to help define a design direction. We then begin the finish selection process, shopping for all the materials necessary to make your kitchen beautiful, including countertop and backsplash materials, cabinetry and decorative hardware, appliances and flooring materials. We help you with paint color selections and provide custom tile designs to coordinate with your countertop materials. We can refer you to a custom cabinet shop or kitchen and bath showroom for your cabinetry needs. Once the project is underway, we are your advocate, answering questions that always seem to arise at the site. With our attention to detail, creative designs, and experience, your kitchen will be transformed into the favorite room in your house.
