This client left on October 31st, 2022 on a sailing trip for a year, which began in San Diego and ended in Panama. They had just enlisted my interior design services in August, for the complete remodel of their newly acquired property in Soquel California. We had much to do, many decisions to make and were oceans apart. How did we manage?

I discovered the most helpful tools were my design collage presentations. Creating story boards for all areas of the house in an IG layout program, attaching to an email with an explanation, and forwarding on to them, made for “smooth sailing”. Design ideas were exchanged, which I in turn communicated to the building designer, general contractor, subcontractors, and vendors resulting in a beautiful finished product.
